5 Months

My beautiful Annabelle is 5 months old today!

Weight: 16 lbs. 7 oz.
Height: I'll have to measure her after nap time
Clothing Size: 6-12 months

Sleep: She's into a regular routine! She wakes up in the morning around 7:00 and is down for her first nap at 9:00. She sleeps about an hour and a half. She's then up until 1:00 when she goes down for nap #2 and sleeps until about 3:30. She's down for the night at 7:00. She's up once in the night for a snack.

What she's up to: Sitting unassisted, pulling up onto all fours (yikes!), and scooting backward all over the house. She loves the hard wood!

Here she made it out of the living room and around the corner to the hallway!

Behind her in that last picture are Evelyn and her friend Ally Rae. Evelyn is the one wearing pink zebra-print pajama pants. It's the middle of the afternoon. She's in an "I will dress myself and pick out my own clothes" phase right now. If you attempt to touch her while she is dressing herself go ahead and plug your ears for the shrill scream and protest of, "I do by self!" Oh my. We're working on her response to help while at the same time letting her have some independence in this as she has gotten quite good at putting on her own clothes. Here's what she came down in one day. Note the summer skirt and three shirts. She has quite the sense of style.
