I'm going to collect all the pictures off of my camera and moms and then post a bunch more. It was her first "dessert"! She loved it even though she had no idea that it was a healthy dessert of banana bread made with soaked spelt flour and sweetened with honey and iced with an egg-white frosting also sweetened with honey! :) I'll post the recipes for those later too.
